Extreme adventurer, founder of the Cipla Miles for Smiles Foundation and motivational speaker, David is also a chef and the author of adventure and cook books including Hope in Thyme and India: Lost and Found. He was also a chef in the team of the Real Meal Revolution.
David pushed the boundaries also in the food industry, culminating in oneof his restaurants being rated
in the top 100 in South Africa. This led to television appearances and his own range of food products.
