He will be assisted by chefs who will demonstrate and offer individualadvice on cooking and flavouring sushi rice, assembling sushi in various styles, as well as cutting and plating techniques. Learn how to prepare your workstation and the seafoods used in sushi and their preparation. At the end the morning you will enjoy the fruits of your labour.
